  • 230 grams nuts, ground (8.10 oz.)
  • 5 egg whites
  • 220 grams confectioners sugar (7.75 oz.)

Directions

    Whip egg whites until stiff, slowly adding confectioners sugar and ground nuts.

    Divide into 5 equal parts in greased and floured 8 or 9-inch spring-form pans.

    Bake at 325° to 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    Gently take out of pans and cool.
