- 220 grams confectioners sugar (7.75 oz.)
Directions

1Whip egg whites until stiff, slowly adding confectioners sugar and ground nuts.

2Divide into 5 equal parts in greased and floured 8 or 9-inch spring-form pans.

3Bake at 325° to 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
