Ingredients: 2 boxes scalloped potatoes; 16 oz PBR beer; 1/2 C apple cider vinegar; 1 C shredded cheddar; 1 t smoked paprika; 1 t cayenne pepper; 1 large pinch salt and black pepper

2 boxes scalloped potatoes
16 oz PBR beer
1/2 C apple cider vinegar
1 C shredded cheddar
1 t smoked paprika
1 t cayenne pepper
1 large pinch salt and black pepper

Directions

Replace 16 oz of water with PBR, and 8 oz of water with vinegar, according to box instructions.

Bring to boil.

Add potatoes and sauce packets.

Add cheese.

Season.

Transfer to buttered baking dish.

Bake uncovered at 350 for approximately 20 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and potatoes are tender.
