- 2 lb. flat iron steak
- 4 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 tbsp. Tim's F'n Good Hot Shtuff Essence
- 1 oz. liquid smoke
- Green onions
Directions

1Rub the steak with the liquid smoke, then with essence.

2Rub the garlic on the steak and set aside for 1 hour.

3This cooks better if its room temperature, but you can refrigerate it overnight if you want.

4Fire up the grill, charcoal preferred.

5By the time the coals are white your steak is ready to go.

6Cook rare or medium rare, 4-6 minutes per side.

7Grill the green onions and put em on top of the steak.

8Top with your favorite sauce, I make mine out of the essence mix but that's another recipe to come soon...
