Ingredients

  • 1 medium peeled and cubed butternut squash
  • 1 packages cooked and peeled (3) beets, cubed
  • 1 tbsp 100% pure avocado oil
  • 2 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 pinch McCormick perfect pinch sweet onion and herb
  • 1 tbsp butter with canola oil (land of lakes)
  • 2 pinch onion salt

Directions

    Heat avocado oil on med.-high heat in a 10 inch skillet.

    Add garlic and cook few mins.

    till it starts to lightly brown.

    Add butternut squash and cook for 5-7 mins.

    Till squash starts to become tender.

    Add beets, McCormicks and pinch of salt.

    Stir and cover for 5 mins.

    Uncover and add butter and onion salt.
  9. 9
    Stir to coat till butter is melted.

    Remove from heat and enjoy!
