- 6 slices bacon
- 1 medium head cabbage, cut into wedges
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. dried, crushed red pepper
- 1 lb. kielbasa, cut into 1-inch pieces
Directions

1Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserving drippings in skillet.

2Crumble bacon; set aside.

3Add next 7 ingredients to drippings; cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat, turning cabbage once.

4Add sausage; cover and cook 5 minutes or until sausage is heated.

5Sprinkle bacon over the cabbage; cover and let steam for 10 minutes.

6Transfer to a serving dish.
