Ingredients

  • 1 lb. or a little less kielbasa (Polish sausage), thinly sliced and halved
  • 2 Irish potatoes, diced
  • 2 carrots, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 c. celery
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 c. water
  • 2 cans Campbell's bean/bacon soup (I use 3)

Directions

    Cut up all ingredients and cook in Dutch oven on low for 1 to 2

    hours or until vegetables are done.

    Serve hot.
