- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. margarine
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Cream margarine and cream cheese together.

2Sift flour with salt, sugar and baking powder.

3Blend dry ingredients thoroughly with cheese mixture.

4Add beaten eggs; stir until blended.

5Chill in refrigerator for 1/2 hour.

6Pat or roll out with floured biscuit cutter.

7Place 1/2 teaspoon of desired jam or other filling in center of each round.

8Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375° for 15 minutes.

9Can be dusted with powdered sugar.
