- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/2 lb. butter or margarine
- 2 c. flour
- pineapple preserves
Directions

1Mix cream cheese and butter; add flour and shape into small balls.

2Refrigerate one hour.

3Press ball in palm of hand like a circle.

4Fill with less than 1 teaspoon of pineapple preserves. Fold over and crimp with fork.

5Bake at 400° to 425° for 10 minutes.

6When cool or before serving, sprinkle powdered sugar on.
