Ingredients

  • 4 oz. ???, fried crisp and drained
  • 3 (6 oz.) cans clams (save liquid from clams and add enough water to make 2 c.)
  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 1/2 c. onion, diced
  • 1 1/2 c. canned milk
  • 1 c. light cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Take liquid from clams and add water to make 2 cups.

    Cook potatoes and onion in pan, covered, for 15 minutes or until tender.

    Stir in clams and cream.

    Add rest of ingredients, heat and serve.
