  • 3 cups white whole wheat flour
  • 1 package yeast
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1/3 butter
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt

    Combine flour, sugar, and salt in mixing bowl

    Pour yeast onto the cup of water to ensure that it is alive. After 5-10 minutes it will be very foamy

    Pour water and yeast mixture into mixing bowl over the dry flour, salt, and sugar.

    Mix dough at low speed until combined. approx 5 minutes

    Roll the dough out and cut into strips.

    From there tie the strips into knots and place on pan

    Put into Big Green Egg for about 12 minutes or until golden brown

    heat Butter, minced garlic, and olive oil in pan.

    once butter is melted and smooth looking remove heat and add oregano.

    Pour the garlic butter over the cooked knots in a bowl and shake the knots until they are all covered.
