- Sprinkle of Salt
- 3/4 cups of Kimchi
- Nori (seaweed)
Directions

11) Add the kimchi into a blender or chopper. Chop/blend till smooth. It should come out like a paste

22) Add Vinegar and sprinkle some salt in a large bowl. Add Rice and knead the mixture thoroughly.

33) Add Kimchi paste and mix well with the rice.

44) Grab some rice and roll into a ball or place some rice into a rice mold to make shaped onigiri.

55) Set out to dry a bit or you may grill the rice balls to make Yaki Kimchi Onigiri.
