  • 2 cups of Cooked Rice
  • a Dash of Vinegar
  • Sprinkle of Salt
  • 3/4 cups of Kimchi
  • Nori (seaweed)

Directions

    1) Add the kimchi into a blender or chopper. Chop/blend till smooth. It should come out like a paste

    2) Add Vinegar and sprinkle some salt in a large bowl. Add Rice and knead the mixture thoroughly.

    3) Add Kimchi paste and mix well with the rice.

    4) Grab some rice and roll into a ball or place some rice into a rice mold to make shaped onigiri.

    5) Set out to dry a bit or you may grill the rice balls to make Yaki Kimchi Onigiri.
