Kimchi Pork Rolls

- 8 slice Thinly sliced pork
- 1 small Potatoes
- 30 grams Kimchi
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 Olive oil
Directions

1Cut the potato into 8 sticks.

2Boil until slightly under-cooked.

3Spread out the pork slices and top the whole slice with a thin layer of kimchi.

4Then place one potato stick from Step 1 on top, and wrap into a roll.

5If you have time, leave it for 1 hour to rest (you can skip this step).

6Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and evenly fry all sides of the rolls.

7Steam the rolls with the lid on, over low heat.

8Finish by adding the mixed soy sauce and sake, to make it teriyaki-style.

9Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with kimchi if you like.
