  • 2 top ramen bags
  • 1 1/2 cup kimchi (or to taste)
  • 3 tsp beef dashida (korean beef stock)
  • 1 pinch ginger
  • 1 dash seasame seeds

Directions

    bring 6 cups of water to a boil and add ramen, cook for only 30 seconds

    drain water if you prefer less soupy

    add ingredients and boil until al dente/to your liking.
