- 50 grams Kinako
- 50 grams White castor sugar or superfine sugar (or baker's sugar)
- 1 tbsp Water
- 1/2 tbsp Honey
- 1 Additional kinako (to coat the candies)
Directions

1Get the ingredients ready.

2You only need a few!

3Put the sugar, water, and honey in a pan and heat until bubbly (it won't take 5 minutes).

4Add the kinako, turn off the heat, and mix.

5It will come together like miso.

6Spread out a 30cm x 30cm sheet of parchment paper, and put the mixture from Step 3 on it.

7When it's cooled down a bit, form it into a log using the parchment paper.

8Cut the log into 20 pieces.

9Coat with kinako and they're done!
