- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 c. unsifted all-purpose flour
- 1 c. salt
- 1/2 c. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. cream of tartar
- 2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- food coloring
Directions

1Mix flour, salt, cornstarch and cream of tartar in 2-quart glass bowl; gradually stir in water and oil until just about smooth.

2Microwave on High, uncovered, 4 1/2 to 5 minutes or until mixture is very thick, stirring every minute (mixture will be very lumpy).

3Cool enough to handle.

4Knead until smooth, about 2 minutes.
