  • 1 qt. red wine
  • 1.5 qt. oil
  • 1 oz. salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 oz. black pepper
  • 2 oz. garlic powder
  • 2 oz. garlic, chopped fine
  • 2 oz. dry mustard

Directions

    Combine all ingredients. Whip thoroughly. Cover and allow to marinate 24 hours. Keep mixed.

    Store in large wine bottles (glass).

    Place in refrigerator.
