- 1 onion
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 c. beef bouillon
- 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 c. Minute rice
- 1 c. catsup
- 1 can LeSueur peas
- 6 wieners
- 1 Tbsp. butter
Directions

1Brown onion and bell pepper in 1 tablespoon butter.

2Add ground beef and brown.

3Add garlic powder.

4Pour in bouillon, barbecue sauce, rice and catsup.

5Add peas; cover and simmer on low for 10 to 15 minutes.

6While this is simmering, slice wieners and boil them.

7When rice mixture is cooked, make a well or hole in middle and top with drained wieners.

8Cover wieners with additional barbecue sauce.
