Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. refrigerator crescent dinner rolls
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 egg yolk
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/2 c. apricot jam
- 2 kiwi fruit, pared and sliced into 8 slices each
Directions

1Unroll crescent roll dough and shape into 8 triangles with equal sides.

2Combine cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and almond extract; blend well.

3Place 1 tablespoon cream cheese mixture in center of each triangle.

4Top with kiwi fruit slice.

5Pull points of triangle to center and pinch to seal.

6Bake on greased baking sheet at 375° for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

7Cook on rack.

8Heat jam.

9Top each Danish with another kiwi fruit slice; brush with jam.

10Yield: 8 servings.
