Skillet Spaghetti

Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 clove garlic (or use garlic powder)
- 4 c. water
- 1/2 lb. spaghetti (break into pieces about 2-inch)
- 1 can whole tomatoes, cut up
- 3/4 c. ketchup
Directions

1In Dutch oven or a large pot, brown first 4 ingredients.

2Add water and bring to a boil.

3Stir in spaghetti.

4Reduce heat and cook, uncovered, 10 to 15 minutes or until spaghetti is tender. Add the tomatoes and ketchup.

5Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for a while on low heat to blend the flavors.

6Serves 8. This is very good and may be doubled to serve larger groups.
