  • kiwi fruit Fresh Cut
  • 2 kiwi very ripe, peeled and chopped
  • 1 banana ripe, mine was pre-cut and frozen
  • 1/2 cup almond milk cold plain, vanilla would be good too
  • 1/2 cup Chobani plain, non-fat Greek yogurt, or something similar
  • 1 tablespoon honey pure organic
  • 3 ice cubes if you'd like
