- 1 banana ripe, mine was pre-cut and frozen
- 1/2 cup almond milk cold plain, vanilla would be good too
- 1/2 cup Chobani plain, non-fat Greek yogurt, or something similar
- 1 tablespoon honey pure organic
- 3 ice cubes if you'd like
