  • 1/2 cup peeled and coarsely chopped kiwi
  • 3 mint leaves
  • 1/2 ounce Mint Syrup
  • Ice
  • 2 ounces light rum
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
  • 1 lime wheel

Directions

    In a mini food processor, puree the kiwi until smooth, then refrigerate until needed.

    In a cocktail shaker, muddle the mint leaves with the Mint Syrup.

    Fill the shaker with ice, then add the rum, lime juice and kiwi puree.
