  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. self-rising flour
  • 1 small box chocolate instant pudding

Directions

    Mix together butter, oil, water and buttermilk.

    Bring to a boil.

    Add eggs, vanilla, sugar, flour, cocoa and chocolate pudding.

    Bake at 400° for 15 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan.
