  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 4 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 c. whipping cream
  • Raspberry Sauce
