- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 2 cans plum tomatoes
- 1 whole onion
- 4 cloves garlic
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 1 chicken bouillon
- 1 teaspoon chili pepper
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 10 basil leaves
- 1 cup water
Directions

1Brown ribs.

2saute onion, garlic and chilli in oil.

3carmelize.

4add tomatoes (crushed by hand), boullion cube, wine, nutmeg, water.

5simmer 2 to 3 hours.

6add basil.
-
7torn apart by hand (more flavor).

8simmer another 20 minutes.

9while simmering cook desired pasta (penne is my favorite).

10add enough sauce to you're pasta as desired.

11add parmesan cheese Salt and pepper as desired.

12enjoy.
