- 3/4 c. cake flour, sifted
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Beat egg whites until foamy.

2Add cream of tartar and beat until stiff.

3Fold in sugar and flour.

4Beat egg yolks.

5Add salt and vanilla and beat until light and fluffy.

6Fold into egg whites. Pour into ungreased 10-inch tube pan for 1 hour before removing. Yields 16 servings.
