  • 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 pkg. vegetable soup (dry 1.4 oz. box)
  • 1 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (8 oz.) c. water chestnuts, chopped
  • 3 c. chopped green onions

Directions

    Thaw spinach and squeeze dry.

    Stir soup mix, sour cream and mayonnaise until blended.

    Stir in spinach, chestnuts and onions. Cover and chill for 2 hours.

    Stir before serving.
