- 12 Rhodes frozen rolls, thawed but still cold
- 1 egg, beaten
- sesame seeds (optional)
Directions

1Roll each roll into a 9-inch rope and tie in a knot.

2Place on a large sprayed baking sheet.

3Brush each knot with beaten egg.

4Sprinkle with seeds, if desired.

5Cover with sprayed plastic wrap and let rise until double in size.

6Remove wrap and bake at 350F 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
