- 1/4 lb. or 1 stick oleo or butter
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese (no holes)
Directions

1Mix flour, butter and milk in a heavy saucepan or double boiler over low heat, stirring constantly, until you have a thick sauce.

2Remove from heat.

3Add diced Swiss cheese until cheese melts.
