  • 1 gallon water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 10 tea bags (black or green)

Directions

    Boil water. Turn off. Add sugar & tea. Stir to dissolve sugar. Let sit 20 minutes. Remove tea bags. Let it sit till room temperature. Transfer to large glass container. Add mushroom with some fluid from last batch. Cover with cheesecloth. Let sit for 10 days in cool dark room. Strain & pour in to containers. Refrigerate & enjoy!
