  • 6 ounces, weight Roasted Red Peppers (drained)
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves
  • 1/4 cups Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Pickled Hot Peppers (I Used Mama Lil's)
  • 3 whole Small Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice

Directions

    In the bowl of a food processor or the jar of a blender, puree all of the ingredients together until well combined.
