- 2 lb. beef (short ribs Korean style)
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 tsp. sesami oil
Directions

1Pour soy sauce, sugar and water into the large bowl and stir until sugar dissolves.

2Add chopped green onion, chopped garlic and black pepper.

3Marinate each slice and gently pat them.

4Add sesami oil to the marinated meat.

5Put in refrigerator for 1 hour. Grill or broil from heat, turning once, for 10 to 15 minutes or until completely cooked.

6Makes 4 servings.
