  • 2 1/2 lb. rib roast beef, thinly sliced
  • 3 Tbsp. cooking wine
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/3 c. sesame oil
  • 1/2 medium onion, grated
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. pine nuts, crushed

Directions

    Combine all ingredients except the beef and then rub the mixture very gently into the beef.

    Barbecue on a grill, broil, or sear (sizzle) in a hot, ungreased skillet.
