- 1/2 pound bean sprouts
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Karen says: use REAL garlic
- 1 cayenne pepper optional
- 1/4 cup green onions Finely chopped
Directions

1Clean the bean sprouts.

2Drop into boiling water and boil 5 minutes.

3Drain well.

4Return to the pan.

5Stir in the salt, sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic powder, cayenne, and green onions.

6Simmer 2 minute.

7Serve hot or cold.
