- 5 -6 slices fresh pineapple
- 100 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 200 g butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 12 tablespoon baking powder
- 14 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
- 12 tablespoon butter, for greasing
- 1 tablespoon sugar, for dusting
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 200C/392F.

2In a bowl, mix the ingredients, apart from the pineapple.

3Grease a cake tin with some butter, sprinkle the sugar and layer the pineapple slice.

4Pour over the cake mixture and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes or until ready.
