- 4 lb. beef short ribs
- 2 carrots
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. sesame seed
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 daikon radish
- 10 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 ground kiwi fruit
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
Directions

1Rinse the beef with cold water and score with knife.

2Mix the soy sauce, sugar, kiwi, sesame oil, sesame seed, black pepper and garlic to make the seasoning sauce.

3Marinate the meat in seasoning sauce for 15 minutes.

4Cut the carrots and radish into 2-inch pieces.

5Put the meat and sauce into a large saucepan and add 3 cups of water.

6Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.

7Add carrots and radishes; cook until tender.

8Serve with rice.
