- 1 piece flank steak, tenderized twice
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 stalks green onion, chopped
- 1 egg, well beaten
- minced garlic
- flour
- oil (for frying)
Directions

1Marinate steak in soy sauce, sugar and garlic for 30 minutes. Coat with flour and dip into egg mixture with green onions.

2Fry in hot oil.

3Brown both sides.

4Cover with foil; place in oven at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.

5Bake on rack to let juices drain while cooking.
