  • 1/2 cup scallions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil

Directions

    In a large zip top bag combine all ingredients.

    Add steak and marinate in the fridge for 4 to 8 hours.

    Never leave uncooked marinating meat at room temperature for more than 40 minutes.
