Ingredients
- 4 large chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
- 1 small cabbage
- 2 c. rice (uncooked)
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. chopped green onion
Directions

1Boil chicken in enough salted water to make 4 cups stock. Remove meat from bones and cut into bite-size pieces.

2Reserve stock.

3Chop cabbage and stir-fry in small amount of oil until tender.

4Cook rice in chicken stock until done.

5Saute pepper and green onions until tender.

6Mix all ingredients.

7Add mushrooms. Add egg.

8Simmer 30 minutes.

9Season with soy sauce.

10Serves 12 easily.
