Ingredients

  • 40 Saltine Crackers
  • 1 stick (Parkay) margarine
  • 1 stick real butter
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. pecan chips

Directions

    Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and cover with saltine crackers.

    Melt butter and margarine and add brown sugar.

    Bring to a rolling boil for 3 minutes.

    Pour over crackers spreading evenly. Bake at 400° for 5 minutes.

    Pour bag mini chocolate chips on top and spread evenly as they melt.

    Sprinkle with pecan chips. Refrigerate.

    When cooled, peel foil off back of candy and break into bite size pieces.
