- 3 c. (three 8 oz. cans) almond paste
- 4 egg whites, slightly beaten
- 2 c. powdered sugar
Directions

1Warm paste in double boiler; place in bowl with egg white and beat with mixer.

2Gradually add sugar and beat until smooth.

3Let stand in cool place overnight.

4Roll on floured board into long little finger lengths and fit into molds.

5Grease molds well. Bake about 30 minutes in 325°.

6When baked, let stand 15 minutes, then unmold.

7For decorating, use powdered sugar, water and almond flavoring.

8Makes 18 rings.
