  • 1/2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 3 tbsp of chicken soup stock or pork work fine
  • 2 tbsp of oils

    In the heating pan add garlic and chilli work fast on stiring yhen add shrimps fry infill shrimps get pink not cook yet

    Add chicken soup stock .sugar .oyster sauce and fish sauce and stir fry until every flavour mixed not for long 3 minutes then removed from heat.
