- 1 lb. mild sausage, well drained
- 1 can chopped kraut, well drained
- 4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 egg
- bread crumbs
- chopped onions
Directions

1Brown sausage and drain well.

2Drain kraut well.

3Let cream cheese soften.

4Mix all sausage, kraut and cream cheese by hand. Let chill in fridge for a couple of hours.

5Form into balls.

6Dip balls into beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs and parsley. Bake 10 minutes at 350°.
