  • 1 lb. mild sausage, well drained
  • 1 can chopped kraut, well drained
  • 4 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 1 egg
  • bread crumbs
  • chopped onions

Directions

    Brown sausage and drain well.

    Drain kraut well.

    Let cream cheese soften.
  4. 4
    Mix all sausage, kraut and cream cheese by hand. Let chill in fridge for a couple of hours.

    Form into balls.

    Dip balls into beaten egg, then roll in bread crumbs and parsley. Bake 10 minutes at 350°.
