- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 1 (14 oz.) sauerkraut, drained
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 2 (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- black pepper to taste
Directions

1Brown sausage and onions together; drain off fat.

2Mix in all other ingredients, chill until firm.

3Make into small balls, chill again.

4Beat together 2 eggs and 1/2 cup milk.

5Roll balls into flour, then dip into the egg mixture, then roll into the bread crumbs and deep fry.
