- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut
- 1 (16 oz.) can corned beef
- 3/4 c. biscuit mix
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 3 eggs
- 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. sliced Swiss cheese
Directions

1In a 9 x 13-inch pan, spread the sauerkraut and top with the corned beef.

2Combine the biscuit mix, milk, mayonnaise and eggs. Pour over the kraut and corned beef.

3Arrange the cheese slices over the batter.

4Bake at 400° for 30 to 35 minutes.

5Serves 8 to 10.
