- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut (do not drain)
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1/2 c. onion, diced
- 1 lb. hamburger or sausage
- salt and pepper
- 1 c. (8 oz.) tomato sauce
Directions

1Fry hamburger and onion until browned.

2Drain off fat.

3Stir altogether and put in crock-pot on low 4 to 5 hours or in oven 1 hour at 350°.
