  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut (do not drain)
  • 1/2 c. rice
  • 1/2 c. onion, diced
  • 1 lb. hamburger or sausage
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. (8 oz.) tomato sauce

Directions

    Fry hamburger and onion until browned.

    Drain off fat.

    Stir altogether and put in crock-pot on low 4 to 5 hours or in oven 1 hour at 350°.
