- 1 (No. 2 1/2) can kraut
- 2/3 c. vinegar
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
Directions

1Rinse and drain kraut.

2Bring the sugar and vinegar to a boil. Let it cool.

3Add remaining ingredients to kraut.

4Pour sugar and vinegar over the kraut.

5Refrigerate 24 hours.
