  • 2 -8 oz pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can unsweetened crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 C bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/2 C celery chopped fine
  • 1/2 C pecans chopped fine

Directions

  1. 1
    Mix first 5 ingredients well. Place in buttered mold. Chill and remove from mold. Roll in pecans.
