  • 1 can sauerkraut, washed and drained
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 carrot, chopped
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped
  • 1 small bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
