- 8 c. Jays corn pops
- 1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/4 c. plus 1 Tbsp. corn syrup
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Place corn on a 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.

2In a saucepan combine brown sugar, margarine and corn syrup.

3Bring to boil. Stir in baking soda and vanilla.

4Pour mixture evenly over popcorn. Mix well.

5Bake at 250° for 30 minutes.

6Stir twice during baking. Remove from pan immediately.

7Cool on waxed paper or greased foil. Store in tightly sealed container.

8Makes 8 cups.
