- 10 large potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 5 slices bacon
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. hot milk or evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
Directions

1Peel and grate potatoes and onion.

2Cut bacon into pieces and fry until crisp.

3Pour fat and bacon over potatoes.

4Add hot milk. Add beaten eggs, one at a time.

5Add salt and pepper.

6Pour into a greased 13 x 9-inch pan.

7Bake at 450° for 15 minutes.

8Reduce heat to 350°.

9Cook 1 hour.

10Serve with sour cream.
